Very pleased, getting another.
Installed it about 2 weeks ago, works very well the main living area and kitchen is about 400sqft and opened into hallway about 150sqft, with a smaller bathroom and bedroom besides that and it has no trouble cooling the whole place. It is a 26x30 chalet style on a concrete slab. Was originally going to get 18k but they weren’t shipping till August at the time so I went with the 12k which I believe is the correct size for needs anyways. Install was very straight forward, if you are mechanical inclined at all it shouldn’t be an issue. I am going to order another 9k unit for my upstairs very shortly.
