This is a fine book set of 77 antique leather bound books.These 77 books might work well as interior designers and decorators with fine gilded leather spines and solid leather bindings. The books are written in DANISH and SWEDISH and published mainly early 1900 - but several as old as 1854.

Here is a fine quality antique Edwardian mahogany bookcase, in the style of the neo-classical Georgian period, circa 1900, in good original condition. This bookcase comprises a dentil cornice, with a glazed cabinet top and cupboard base below.
Condition wise for the era is perfect, the glass is all original as are the handles, we have cleaned waxed and polished the timber and cleaned the glass, the inside has been green lined which is a very Regency touch.

The piece dismantles into four sections for ease of travel, you have the top cornice is one piece, the bottom plinth another and then the cabinets are two separate pieces standing side by side. Width:- 250cm along the top cornice, 242cm along the bottom skirting.

A very good looking and well made piece in period condition, the glass and all timber is original, the wood has warped on one or two of the drawers a little from age, the glass is period and has that lovely wobbly look to it.
Babele is a classic tower display unit in 10 mm-thick curved glass with welded and bevelled 10 mm-thick glass shelves. Its in stunning condition throughout, there is one small chip on the underside corner of one shelf, otherwise its perfect.

Height:- 240cm. This is a rare and substantial piece of furniture, it is massive, just under 8 feet tall, its as solid as you could possibly hope to find, luckily it can be dismantled into three pieces for ease of transport.

It would make an ideal a bookcase in an office or even a kitchen housekeeper’s cupboard. The cupboard doors features the original hinges, working lock and key. The cabinet interior retains its original condition; it has not been lined or painted (which is usually the case in later years).
