    Just what I was looking for!

    I just had two previous mishap in purchasing IPads from two other vendor. But ended up coming across this deal after getting my refund. It was SO PERFECT! It had EVERYTHING I needed in one package and I was able to upgrade to the IPad 3 from the IPad 2, I had just returned. I had even purchased an Bluetooth key board, but had purchased the wrong kind and had to return it so I was still in need of one and still in need of a case as well. Also, neither of the other vendors I purchased from previously included he charging cords with them. And the earphones was just and extra bonus. I don't use them my husband does and he just happened to lose his at the gym. So it worked out better than I could even imaged. The case is really cool, you can flip the direction of the IPad up or sideways and is very lightweight. I am a writer and a patient at the Mayo clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Whether I'm sitting around writing or watching videos and movies while waiting our turn at Mayo. So this grouping is an amazing help for small lightweight travel. So on try #3, she's a BIG winner!     iPad 3 3rd Gen still cutting edge!

    The iPad 3 3rd gen is still an awesome piece of tech. It might not be as thin as an iPad air, but still offers almost all the features of the newer models. A great plus is Apples continued support of this device, it can run iOS 9, Apple's latest mobile device software. And it runs it well! Very fast tablet all around. The retina display is stunning, the aluminum case is beautiful, and the back and front cam work great for snap shots and video chat. I purchased one with 64GB of storage and I must say for busy student and working professional I have not even come close to running out of GBs. I love how I can now integrate my iPhone with this iPad using continuity in iOS 9, for example I can take a cell phone call on the iPad if I don't have my iPhone handy as long as its on the same wifi network! Anyhow, the touchscreen on this iPad is extremely responsive! My only con would be watching streaming video drains the battery a bit faster than I would like. But overall I would recommend this great product to anyone.

    Almost like new

    The screen is flawless. There are no scuffs. There is no indication use at all. The only thing i notice was a minor very very small hardly noticeable dent on the back. When i got, it wouldnt turn on (completely dead/shuts off after powered on) and it i got sceptical when it appeared to not to be charging. Since i never owned an apple product i didnt know that sometimes there isnt a charging bolt symbol. After a little googling and time on the charger, came to find out that bigger tablet-like devices tak longer to charge than any phone device. It actually turned on and was at 5%. Then i realized it probably was tested when it was refurbished and had probably been laying on a shelf for a long time and lost its charge- the exact same way bose mini speakers do if you dont use them for long periods of time. Overall great buy! Dont be alarmed if it doest turn on at first; its not defective at all. Just need to be charged! I'd definitely buy another for the same price. Great birthday/holiday gift for the reasonable price

    IPad3 sparkles

    I had an iPad2 which was, with only 16GB, inadequate to hold my books and music so I upgraded to an iPad3 with 64GB. BIg difference. It's faster and the display just sparkles. It syncs up the calendars with my iPhone. Something I love, which isn't specific to this device is the Japanese keyboard. It functions just like a Japanese word processor. It presents a hiragana (phonetic) keyboard and offers katakana and kanji possibilities. IPhone does this too, and the synchronization extends to text in Japanese. This feature plus the Midori app have replaced several inches of books on my shelf. Wish I'd had this stuff when I was studying the language in school. Also makes a pretty good Kindle reader. A delight!

    The APPLE of my EYE !

    I absolutely love my IPad 3rd generation tablet. It's sleek, lightweight, & couldn't be more convenient or simple to use, especially for a novice like myself ! It's always by my side so I can surf the web, check emails, play a game, or whatever suits my fancy. The camera works great for picture-taking, & I have yet to use the video recording feature. The screen display is sharp & beautiful, and the battery has performed well. There are many cool features I haven't had time to explore yet. I used to wonder how I could live without a VCR, then DVR, & now I ask that same question of my IPad !

    Excellent refurbished i pad. No difference from new

    I have purchased i pads for work and personal use since the initial launch. I am now a fan of buying refurbished. This was ready to go when we received it. Aside from the unit being in good aesthetic condition, the most important aspects were present. It has a great battery life and I have as yet to be able to make any distinction between this one and the i pads we purchased new. It loaded my information quickly and has the same speed as the i pad 3 I purchased new. The apps also loaded seamlessly and we have put it to work and have no issues whatsoever. Nice!

    Older doesn't mean useless

    The ipad 3 isn't the newest kid on the block but that doesn't mean it still isn't a great product. If you are looking for an affordable tablet and don't need the latest greatest I highly suggest the Ipad 3. It works great and the battery lasts a long time. No flash and a little thicker/heavy compared to the newer ones but not by that much. I use my smartphones wifi access point to provide internet to it when I am out and about saving the extra costs of having to pay for an extra sim for the newer models.

    Goodbye Android

    I have always been a PC type due to Apple's high prices,proprietary software and company philosophy. After 25 years of cleaning viruses, slow loading frequent crashing, I have surrendered to Apple and wish I had long ago. This iPad is fantastic!     First Time Apple User using iPad 3

    I find the iPad easy to use even though there is a learning curve from someone who used PC's all life. The screen is very clear and the small size of the unit is very handy for using it around the house. The WiFi in my house is shared by several PC's and the iPad which works fine on the system. The reason I purchased it was to program a Sphero robot. This uses Bluetooth. The screen make programming very easy. I hope this helps those making a transition.

    I ended up getting this iPad because it has phone service available. My other iPads are Wi-Fi only. The GPS system and it works perfectly. I ended up changing my plan to Verizon unlimited data and they gave me a Sim card. So now I also have a data plan on it. But I wasn't originally planning to do that. I'm A pilot and I keep my charts on the iPad, and now I can have live navigation as well as up-to-date weather information. Very happy
