It came in the box with all the material, iPad, charger, lightning cable and booklet with Apple decal etc. iPad and charger were still is plastic, cable still in original packaging. There is zero signs of any wear and tear. It is I distinguishable from new. More than $100 less than new in store. Extremely satisfied. Even came with the free year of Apple TV.

Good shape well worth the price
This iPad is in very good shape, only a few scratches around the edges. I see two spots on the screen that look like possible pixel problems, but they are so small you you really have to look for them. I bought it as a Christmas gift for a teen who is into art, can't wait to give it to her.

This iPad is a wonderful device. It was easy to set up and customize with my favorite Apps. It displays crystal clear graphics. It has nice volume. Apple iPad is expensive boat anchor
We bought the iPad and when we set it up we evidently mis-typed either the Apple ID or our Password. We used it for a couple of hours but then couldn't open it up because it said it was bad ID and/or Password. After a few errors, it locked up and we couldn't even begin to open it up. After several hours, I took it to an Apple Dealer and after working for over 30 minutes he got it to open up again. But again, when we typed in the Apple ID and Password it again said it was incorrect. I asked the Apple representative how to reset the ID and Password and he told me it was impossible. He said I now was the proud owner of a boat anchor. I am a programmer. I know that security (like for bank accounts) don't have to be that severe that it is impossible to start over. This Apple product is most user-vicious device I have ever encountered - and I've encountered a lot. I will never buy an Apple product again.
