Collectible Telephones (Pre-1940)

This is a Danish 1930's Copper & Brass desk phone with a rotary dial and a Bakelite handset, used by KJOBENHAVNS AKTIESELSKAB. Kjobenha v ns telefon aktieselskab. Anti que danish rotary dial desk set copper tele phone.

The case appears to be copper. This piece would probably shine up real pretty and "pop" if polished. Has some corrosion under on the case under the dial. The cord has some minor issues. The inside mechanical parts appear to be complete and intact. Four prong plug. I wouldn't doubt that this phone still works. There is a copyright mark of 1915 inside the case.

The line insulator came off a cathedral top picture frame, top of the line Monarch phone box. The mouthpiece face plate is the more desirable earlier variety. These are pretty hard to find replacement pieces to complete your restoration.

The handset cord is from an older telephone system typically used as early as the 1940s and 50s.

Rest Knob/Button for the Strowger Automatic Electric. This is the push button / reset knob for the American Electric Strowger 11 Digit Dialer Wall Phone. It is a reproduction. A perfect replacement for that ALWAYS missing knob.

For your consideration is a vintage northern electric N14MF dial. This is an N series dial which are much less common than other NE dial. The dial is in good used condition it turns freely and the wires are in good condition. Sold as found and untested
