We are pleased to be offering today this French style boudoir chair dating from the early 1950’s that came out of a Waterville Maine estate. The fabric on this chair is gorgeous, which is a silk brocade that is all buttoned and pleated. It also matches a pair of chair that we purchased at the same time, so please check and see if they are still available. This particular chair has a mahogany stain flare to the wood, flared legs, swoop flared style back and thick heavy upholstery that is in nice condition. I do not believe that anyone ever smoked in this house. The overall size is 29 inches wide across the front, 24 inches deep from the back to the front, 36 inches high to the top of the back and 17 inches high to the seat. It is a great looking chair that we are pleased to be offering.
