Great band, similar features to the Fitbit, Apple watch and so forth. Main difference is there is no direct face for displaying content. Install the app and you have a less expensive and reliable fitness tracker. I personally used this prior to my Fitbit and for courses that required either a Fitbit or Jawbone for tracking progress and communicating. It's a great buy and I know you'll enjoy it!
