The Powder Blue colorway gets a turn on the Jordan 28 silhouette for this 2014 release. This SE version removes the traditional outer sheath to reveal an upper that has been traditionally concealed. Dark Powder Blue coats the upper on its toe top, side panels, ankle, tongue, laces, heel tab, and inner sock liner. A darker shade of Powder Blue appears as a mudguard on the toe. Black makes its way onto the shoe through the contoured midsole and heel guard. A white Jordan Brand Jumpman logo is stamped on the heel, and the white hues continue on the outer sole. Cool Grey appears around the eyelets and as a layer below the upper. This Power Blue design hit the shelves in February 2014.
