This style of refrigerator can have a freezer drawer located beneath the fridge portion. This would make it a bottom-freezer refrigerator as well. It can also be side-by-side. This means the freezer is on one side and the fridge is on the other. It is also possible to get a freezerless appliance.
What is a FlexZone?Some brands of refrigerators have a portion that is designated as the FlexZone. A FlexZone is an area of the product, usually a drawer, that has its own climate control features that are separate from the remainder of the refrigerator. This is useful if you want something kept slightly warmer or cooler or need to store a large item like pizzas or sodas.
What colour options are available in a refrigerator?Refrigerators are available in a number of different colours and styles. Vintage models from the 1950s are more rounded and come in pastel colours. Pink, mint green, light blue, and pale yellow were traditional colours from this time. It is possible to find a number of companies that offer these same colours in retro designs. Refrigerators from the 1970s came in colours like avocado, burnt orange, and mustard yellow. These colours are less available. Modern refrigerator colours are more neutral, with black, white, eggshell, and stainless silver as the most commonly found options. Some red and royal blue colours of refrigerators do exist on the market today.
