    great phone so far

    i refuse to spend hundreds of dollars on a stupid phone......or a smart one for that matter!! but it does seem that you get what you pay for as usual. That being said I paid 150 for this one which is the most I have spent to date. It seems to be a major improvement over any phone I have had in the past and I do love it so far. battery life is very good and it has everything I need and more and I would definitely recommend it and would buy again. my wife has the galaxy s7 and she has had nothing but problems with it and cost $700!!! (a birthday present from mom) mine looks almost identical and other then the camera features being better on hers I don't really see a difference and mine takes great pics for me from the rear camera. as with everything though we will see how long it holds up. wifes galaxy s2 lasted a long time though and she misses it now.

    Samsung Galaxy Prime

    Phone only has 8gb memory. Runs out of space for apps because of apps already installed. I moved all apps that would move to SD card. I only used 1.5gb of phone memory, but have no more space. My I-Phone 4 had 8gb and could load more apps. Battery life is not as long as th I-Phone. I like the larger screen, the phone is easy to navigate. I dropped the phone, oops, on carpet and the lens for the camera cracked. It is a lot more fragile than the I-Phone. Walmart has the phone for $102 after tax. Easy to unlock, there is an app installed for unlocking on the T-Mobile phone. Not very happy with T-Mobile, service is spotty. I had problem on line and had to drive 1 hour one way to nearest store. They also screwed up the porting of 3 numbers . Also charged a security deposit which online did not. .

    I bought this for my son in Africa. I myself have not used it . It is for his birthday . As soon as he gets it and starts to use it I will ask him to let me know how well he likes it . I got everything to go with it , head phones , fast charger , screen protector , a wallet to put the phone in also the wallet has slots to put money or ID cards , anything you would want to keep with you . I can`t wait until he gets it and tries it out . I liked the wonderful prices eBay has as well . I never thought I could get him a nice phone (a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime ) and all the goodies to go with it for only $80.00 .Thank you E-bay I`m going to buy a phone for myself !

    Second Phone

    I needed a second Phone and wanted to stay with Samsung. I purchased this Prime thinking it was just a entry level phone but finding that it's just as nice as my S5 . the features are great and the size is close to my S5. I am very happy with this phone .I have been a Samsung Man for Many years. And i would even use this phone For primary Phone was great also , No problem with the unlocked feature it was like plug and play. it recognized my sim and even allowed me to transfer all my data from my S5 with a feature called NFC.

    Great Buy

    This is a great phone. I had my previous Samsung for more than 4 years and needed to upgrade because the version of Android was so old I couldn't use a lot of apps. This phone is terrific. Unless you really have a need for some of the technology that the latest phones the carriers sell, you're so much better going this route and saving yourself a few hundred dollars.

    Does have a 5" qHD display with brillants colors. I like to take pictures with the rear camera (8 MP),or to use the front camera for selfies (5 MP), both cameras are great!.     Good phone for price

    Very good phone for price, does everything you need, nice big screen, camera takes great pictures. This was a replacement phone for my Galaxy 5 and it does just about everything that phone does except the picture quality is a little bit under that, otherwise you can't tell this phone is hundreds of dollars cheaper.

    The product is not exactly as advertised. It's not a g530az and it's not white. BUT, it IS a samsung grand prime which is just what I wanted. Has no scratches or dings. Has a good camera and generally works well. For the price I'm happy with it.

    Since I have this phone, I decided to buy it for my teen daughters birthday. She had an IPhone 4S that has been nothing but trouble....this Samsung arrived quickly, the cost was minimal and she loves it! The battery doesn't die like her previous phone
