Last Samsung With Removable Battery And SD Card
For now, this is the latest Samsung phone I would buy. It's a deal breaker for me to get rid of the removable battery and sd card from newer models. They were the 2 best advantages over iPhone. However, Samsung still has 2 more advantages that I like over iPhone. First, the charging cable is micro usb so I can use the same cable to charge other electronic devices. iPhone uses their own proprietary cable that only works with their products. Second, you can drag and drop data to Samsung phones. iPhone forces you to use iTunes. Having said that, the Note Edge is a great phone. The edge looks great and I find it useful. I love the feature called Night Clock. It's a feature that dimly displays the time on the edge of the phone (in 12 hour increments). Normally, when I wake during the night, I would wake my phone to see the time. However, in complete darkness, when your phone turns on, it's so bright, even at the lowest brightness, that it's difficult to go back to sleep. Now with Night Clock, I just turn my head and I can see the time with the curved edge. I don't even have to pick up my phone. Other things are better over previous models but it's not something the normal user would notice. Yes, the screen is better, the processor is faster, the camera is better, etc. But can I really tell? No. It's only noticeable when you compare them side by side. You can't do much with the edge display but it's pretty cool. With the edge, you can add frequently used apps, display personalized messages, use the Night Clock, display notifications and news. It's absolutely not necessary but it adds a "Wow" factor. I get comments on it all the time. Another thing I like is that this phone seems to be rare. It's different because only one edge is curved. To be honest, I have not seen another person yet with the same phone. Bottom line; Almost identical to the Note 4 but with the edge...For me, there were 4 determining factors that made me decide on this phone. Large screen size, edge screen, removable battery and SD card. As far as I know, this is the only Samsung phone that has all 4...As of now, I refuse to purchase newer models because of the lack of removable battery and sd card. For those that feel the same, this phone is awesome!

So many features....but buy lots of extra batteries
Got this phone at a great price $215 brand new. With most of the newer Samsung phones having less and less features but costing more and more money it's great to have a fantastic phone with great features such as caller name announcement, IR Blaster w tv remote, the best stock email of any smart phone, hot keys that u program with your most commonly used words names or phrases, a stylus pen that's helpful, an edge screen that's useful and so many more. But battery life with oem battery is awful. 20-30% per hour. Buy extra batteries (and yet another great feature. ..removable memory and removable batteries). I must have a removable battery. I use the red extended life batteries from Deep Stretch with NFC, and that battery can give me 10-12 hrs. I keep 3 with the Samsung external battery chargers and protectors and battery life is never a concern. I took a road trip in a rental and had a non removable battery. I was on the road for 3hrs before i tried to plug my phone in to charge. ..guess what...the phone chargers didn't work in the car...blown fuse. So in the middle of the night, out in no where i have to pull over to find an open place to charge my phone which was also my gps. I had to sit for an hour in the middle of nowhere and wait for the phone to charge to a decent level and then stop again. Never again. Nonremovable batteries are dangerous and in convenient. I'm at a large all day conference and everyone is fighting for the plugs to charge their phones. Hard to concentrate on speaker when you have to keep an eye on your phone across the room on the floor. Plus i needed to use my phone but couldn't because it was on the floor charging. I hate phones with non removable batteries. That's why I'm using the older model Samsung Galaxy Note Edge...More gadgets and a removable battery.

Unbelievable features, sensors, display and battery life
It's been six years since my last 'mobile' phone purchase and the technology has become unbelievable. From Finger print scanner, barometric pressure, UV, Heart Rate, SpO2, Tri-band GNSS, stereo microphones, stereo speakers, 3.2Ah battery, Wireless Charging, Bluetooth Low Energy, WiFi, HotSpot, HDVoice, VoWiFi, 200GB SDXC, and I just found a button on the S-Pen stylus! The 16mb front camera takes incredible photos with embedded GEO information and the ability to use the S-Pen to crop and send the image in an instant. I haven't made it to the back camera yet, not a real selfie type person. After receiving the phone I plugged the SIM card in and it installed the latest Android version while I poured coffee. Learning Marshmallow has been painless between the training videos at Verizon and Samsung. Figuring out what I really wanted on the phone and how to make it work so the battery would last two days took some tinkering. Best of I saved $500 buying used but the real reason was there isn't another phone with these features for sale, yet.

Great value
A very powerful instrument. This phone does a lot more then I can do with it. Has way too many options. Everyday I learn a new one and this phone grows on me. Way way more flexible and more capable then my wife's iPhone 6. No comparison. It's light it's not all that big. Charges in half an hour which is my favorite option. Charge lasts all day wi constant use. I mostly listen to audio books which load into it from my local library in minutes or I can listen through my browser. I can add memory which you can't in the note 5. I also carry a spare battery just in case which is something you can't do with most phones today. I Love this phone.

Can't say enough
For it's size (5.6" screen) it's really easy to hold in my hand, feels good. Very light, the performance is great! Easily one of the best phones I've ever owned! Love the Edge on the Note Edge. I can put all my apps on the edge and keep a clean screen. Its great to be able to see mt notifications without unlocking the phone or having to quit what I'm doing. The fingerprint scanner is great. I can't say enough about this phone. I bought an extended battery for it. I can play movies now for 6 hours straight on a full charge before the battery is dead on it.

What you see is what you get
It has almost unnoticeable signs of use. I feel it was a display item because the screen when it has white color shows light traces of home screen menu. But in general it is as good as new. Being from Verizon, it comes with some preinstalled apps that can be disabled. Every time you restart it, you will see a notification that reads the sim is not from Verizon. The Hotspot option (using your mobile as a Wifi router - which is rarely used or even known to people) will not work. Check prices if you can save on a brand new, then it is recommended.

Very Convenient Edge with some flaws
The edge often comes in handy and the screen looks fantastic. The metal sides feel really nice in the hand and it fells like it is well built. The camera is quick and the pictures look crisp. Over all, it's a great phone however there are a few let downs for this device. 1. You can only update the phone if you use a AT&T sim card. I borrowed a friends but it's still a bit annoying. 2. There aren't many accessories for this device or custom roms

Perfect!
Been looking to get reacquainted with my Note 4 Edge since I left Sprint a couple years ago. I bought this phone to use on Metro PCS network. Although its a tmobile phone, It works unbelievably well on my network (no issues). The phone was brand new with no flaws. My daughter likes the phone better than her iPhone . The price was a steal. This phone is 4 years old and tech guy says it still.wiulf out perform most phones on the market.

Great, slim, fast and unique smart phone that I call is Note Edge!
This is the phone I love. It has everything one without technical expertise would always wish for. I love everything about Samsung Galaxy Note Edge. A one phone that everyone should have, but more importantly, I am proud to be a member of eBay for years. This was great deal on eBay and I love to do business with good eBayers.

Best choice for my needs
I can say this is the phone I expected. Memory expanded to the 128GB immediately, disable factory installed ANT+ has given extended battery life. Phone size is comparable to my old S5 and really comfortable to carry. I can only say the Note Edge is the upgrade I expected and I am very well pleased. 5 STAR all around!!!

Phone from Hell
Buyer beware!! This AT&T variant of the Galaxy Note Edge is the phone from HELL. There exists no known root method for this phone. Verizon version, either. Sprint & T-Mobile variants can be rooted. CANNOT remove all of the massive upon massive amounts of AT&T bloatware. Facebook comes as a system app on the phone and cannot be set NOT to auto-update. I like to use the Facebook Chat Enabler app, so you don't have to download the separate messenger app. Newer versions of Facebook do not allow this fix. Facebook constantly updates itself, despite the fact that my Google Play settings are set to NOT auto-update. It's the only app that updates itself. CANNOT be removed to install an earlier version. The system apps can only be disabled, but not uninstalled. This is the first and LAST Samsung phone that I ever buy. It cannot be reverted back to Kit-Kat after it is upgraded to 5.0.1 lollipop. I tried and it bricked the phone in the first day that I got it. I tried for 3 days to fix it. Nothing worked. The phone got an error message saying that an error occured during and update and could not start. The phone literally would NOT boot. A message comes up saying go into Emergency Recovery Mode with KIES, a Samsung program. So I downloaded KIES, and it said that Samsung Smart Switch replaced KIES. So I downloaded and installed Smart Switch. This program says that the Galaxy Note Edge is an unsupported device. Very nice. I called Samsung, and the tech tried all that I had tried for the last 3 days. She said to take it to Best Buy Samsung Experience counter. I did, and the tech there flashed and fixed my phone in 2 minutes. I was out the door. The phone works, but unable to root it leaves it unable to install certain apps like Titanium backup and other programs. If I had known these issues before, I would have bought an unlocked T-mobile version that can be rooted. I bought this phone because I was intrigued by the edge screen. My intrigue quickly dissipated when I ran into these non-fixable issues. I normally use LG phones, and in fact have 3 Optimus G's, 6 Optimus G pro's, a G3, G Pro 2, and a G-pad. This was the first and last Samsung device that I will ever buy. The fact now that Samsung is going toward non-removable backs and no SD cards is even more reason to steer clear of SS. I wish I could feel better about this phone, but it has literally been 3 months of exasparating frustration with this phone. The edge screen isn't quite as intriguing as I thought, either.

Not what I was expecting from Samsung!
I love Samsung phones. However this is not the case with this used phone. The battery hits 29% and the phone turns off completely until charged enough to turn it back on. The camera takes a bout 20 seconds to get into focus after turning the camera on. Sometimes when I am using it, it'll just shut off. I'll turn it back on and it will just keep rebooting over and over and over and over until I plug it into a wall charger. It wont charge from any of my vehicles usb or power inverter/converter. Overall this phone may look mint on the outside but it's a real piece of crap and I am highly upset about spending $230 on it. I should've just got a used phone locally for less than half the price. Will not by from this seller again.

I think I'm done with Samsung all together
This is my 2nd Samsung Note. My first one was the Note 2 that I had for two years until it died on me. I didn't want to convert an Iphone so I decided to stay loyal to the Note. Big mistake. I saw one review about this phone that said the screen cracks easier. That is so correct. Also, Otterbox doesn't have any products for the Note Edge, so I was screwed in getting a really good case. Even with a screen protector and case, my screen still cracked. My Note 2's screen never cracked and I dropped it all the time. Also when I do screenshots, the edge display shows up so I have edit it all the time which can be annoying. It's definitely a unique phone, but it's unpopular and not worth it.

Condirtion isnt great
The seller claimed this device was a showroom/store unit and rated its condition at 8/10. My note edge has a huge dent in the top right corner and seems to be lifting up the screen slightly. this isn't hindering the performance of the device and the screen is perfect but putting on slim cases may be difficult with the busted corner. I would have rated the condition of the device at a 7 or even 6 out of 10 and made it cost no more than $200 but I will not be returning my unit because I feel like I can deal with this.
