A good upgrade from note 9

I bought a note 9 512gb 3 years ago but unfortunately due to my case from Amazon not being able to keep it safe like advertised it began to get alot of cracks and curved screens aren't cheap to replace. I was forced to upgrade and this phone looked like a good direct replacement. So far it has been. It came with a usbc to usbc adapter to transfer all that 512gb of internal storage from one phone to another. It was pretty cool to see that it also was able to charge my note 9 battery when it started getting lower during the transfer. One thing I was worried about was not having an aux port. It came with usbc headphones so that solved that issue temporarily but it looks like I may have to update many of my older audio devices to Bluetooth or usbc. This phone seems to be much much quicker than my note 9, the camera in general has some better features and works a bit better including the crazy zoom which comes in handy. But I think most importantly it's got the note pen. As an artist I frequently have ideas at the most inconvenient times. One thing I always have is my phone. So being able to pull out a pen and paper any time anywhere and sketch an idea without having to look for a pen and paper so that I don't forget is the reason I refuse to get any other phone. I hope they continue on with the series in the future otherwise I'll be using this one for a long long time. But I would be OK with that. Also do yourself a favor and get a mous case if you need something rugged. Their screen protectors are also amazing although they're a little pricey. This case is already much more convenient and feels better made than otterbox cases as of late.

Beautiful / Powerful / Some irratating limitations

Great phone. Many, many features. A little too big for regular pockets - can slip out VERY easily. Takes a bit getting use to with one hand. Very beautiful looking. Qi charging FYI. 1. Unfortunately - one VERY BAD shortcoming!!: The phone screen goes out in 5 to 10 secs during a call. Very bad if you're in a meeting and need to mute/un-mute to talk - OR - if you need the keypad to punch in prompts. You must wake the phone back up, put in your password/swipe/fingerprint, then bring up the phone call you're on. EXTREMELY frustrating. It took several hours to find - but forget everything you see in the settings of keeping the screen on - nothing helps the phone call screen. Enable the Developer Options and then enable "Stay Awake" while charging. You'd think Samsung would fix this. 2. A truly cheap low-handed shot by Samsung to make more money: For those who use Samsung Health. You now have to buy a smartwatch to monitor heartbeat/stress/oxygen. They took away the light & camera sensor functionality. For a $1,299 phone - there should be NO LIMITATIONS whatsoever. 3. For you media buffs: The camera and apps for pics/videos have almost unlimited and AWESOME capabilities - way too many to mention. I haven't used the S-Pen, so I can't comment except there is a push button on the pen to activate certain features. Just a last note here - the battery life is fantastic. All-in-All: I'm happy I didn't pay full price which will make me keep it. This should not be a phone with any limitations for the price.

Good battery life, loud speakers, way too thin to hold, bad location for cameras.

So far it's working fine. It has a lot longer batter life than my Note8 had. It's actually way too small and hard to hold on to. The case is really slick, so you have to be very careful not to drop it. I bought the Otter Box clear case for it and it really needs that to help hold it and pick it up. It also needs the case to keep you from pressing thing you don't want to with the wrap around edges. It's extremely hard to hold it and not press something with the edge. I don't like that feature at all. The case does prevent that though. I don't like the fact that the place for the cameras sticks out from the back of the phone extremely too far. It ends up laying on them any time you put it down which seems like it's going to cause wear on that over time. Even the case doesn't cover it up. It also looks like it would make it extremely easy to damage the cameras. They should have made it thicker so they would have been recessed into the camera case it's self. The speaker are really nice and loud.

Extremely satisfied customer of the last of the Galaxy Note Series...

I've had this phone over a month now and I have zero complaints. The phone was as advertised, new in box, clean IMEI, and flawless. I had no issue activating with my wireless carrier and the phone has been better than expected. Battery life is several days with normal usage (calls, text, random notifications, occasional web browsing, limited social media access), the interface is user friendly, and storage is sufficient. I do have a 256 GB micro SD card installed and try to make sure apps and other things get stored there first. Pleasantly surprised and very grateful I have been receiving several updates since activating meaning I am up to date with Android and security patches. Hopefully won't be needing to upgrade to a different device in at least a year or two. I upgraded from a Note 8 as apps I utilized were no longer supported on the Android version the Note 8 was last upgraded to. I am completely satisfied with the seller and the item.

    Awesome phone!

I made the switch from my Note 9 to the Note 20 Ultra and I'm very happy with it! I was on the fence upgrading because there was nothing wrong with my Note 9, however, it was no longer slated to receive system updates and while that's not an issue at this time, eventually it will be. The Note 20 ultra's battery lasts me all day; I'm on it constantly. It does have a nice "super fast charging feature" that charges my phone from 15% to 100% in about 45 minutes. Very happy with my decision. If you're on the fence about upgrading, I don't think you'll be disappointed if you make the choice to do so with the Note 20 Ultra.

    LOVE IT!!!

Took some getting used to, still figuring things out. The photos and the screen are so vibrant!!! Its bigger than my note 8 and does a lot more stuff. Memory is awesome, but its very picky about SD cards. I wasn't happy that it didn't like the 1tb that I got, still have to replace that now. The fingerprint access ive never had so I sometimes forget to use it, but you can have multiple scans of different fingers which is cool. Overall its great, but have only had it for a few weeks. Battery pretty much lasts all day as well.

Customizable, great features especially the camera.

This is an excellent smart phone! I had a Samsung Note 8 in the past and upgraded to iPhone. That being said I missed all of the options and functions that are customizable on Samsung and Android so I have comeback. The Note20 Ultra has an amazing customizable functionality to be made just for you! It takes a review of the manual and some choices to set up but well worth it! The camera is awesome and there is the microSD storage storage too. In my opinion one of the best, if not the best very smart phone out there.

Super powerful phone with great features, not made for small hands

This is a powerhouse, the phone does all my work and more, the camera is the best I have experienced on a phone, I also have the iPhone 13 and do not like the amount of software interference with the image.. SD slot is a must for me Dex makes a laptop obsolete and this phone has enough power to take my mobile work with it The only thin that I would imagine other people might have an issue with is the size.. this is a beeeg phone

Truly one of the best phones out there

I've been using it for about a week now and I love it! Still have to try more of it's functions like multiple lens for the camera and such, but the screen is so crisp and it feels solid in my hand. I also love that it has an SD slot for extra storage. I've been using SD cards for years and I can't believe this is the only phone I can get now with an SD slot!

Great phone if you like big phones

Even though it's listed as an "A" grade used device, it honestly looks completely brand new. Everything about the phone was in working order. No issues with the exterior of the phone. Definitely a big upgrade from a Note 8 with its very smooth display, (relatively) stereo speakers, and various camera shooting settings. Because it is a Note, it's a really big device, so if you're into the extra screen real estate, this is a good choice.
