Good tablet with fantastic memory and battery life
A very nice tab with gobs of memory and a battery that lasts forever. I was surprised how heavy it was--though this may be normal for a 10.1 (my previous was more like 8). I didn't compare potential tablets based on weight. My only peave so far is that swiping up from ANYWHERE on the bottom will take you out of the app you're using. This means that when scrolling within said app you can't swipe from bottom to top, as would be natural. Instead, you need to swipe starting at 1.5" from the bottom. I'm sure I'll get used to that, though.

Good quality and value!
So far Samsung products in general seem to be high quality. This is my 3rd and I'm very happy with it. I previously had an 8" S2 tablet and wanted something a little bigger and this fit the bill. My phone is an S9. After trying a Kindle fire 10" tablet and being so frustrated by their proprietary version of Android, I had to pay a little more to go back to Samsung and I'm glad I did.

It has all the features I need. Great screen with very good resolution. Good processors and speed.
It does not have a flash for the rear camera, but I do not need it I have a real camera - Canon. It does not work with many USB Type C to HDMI 1080P TV Cable Adapters but works with WIFI HDMI 1080P TV Cable Adapters.

Samsung Tab A 2019 SMT517P
I got a great deal on this barely used tablet. I have an older Samsung Tab A that wouldn't run updated software so I replaced with this one. I do not use it with the SIM card. Strictly wifi or joined to iPhone data plan due to wifi issues. I bought it to watch TV with apps. I use it for Zoom sometimes.

Easy upgrade
The Tab A has been a great upgrade for me. I replaced a Samsung tab 4. It is similar but much better. It is faster, clearer and the apps are much easier. I use it for banking, shopping, email and watching movies. I took a couple of great quality pictures too.

Lightweight with great transitions
Bought it more for streaming purposes and it holds up well!
Does everything I need it too - very clean transitions - holds all my photos.
