    Both better and worse than expected

    The phone is well designed, the fold out system and hinge strength is excellent through a few weeks anyway. Battery life is surprisingly good even with heavy use. That's the better than expected part. But, it is heavy and while the screen is larger than any conventional phone its still not large enough to really function as a tablet and is awkward to hold without touching a command button or window since it is edge to edge. That's the worse than expected part. Add in the fact that it has non replaceable batteries and its a great concept but no bargain. If it were $800 OR if batteries were easily replaceable at the actual price, then it would be a steal. I would gladly trade waterproofing for the ability to make this phone last 5 years with replacement batteries. But knowing that this phone will be unusable due to the non replaceable batteries in 18-24 months is a real down side.

    Seriously the best cell phone experience I've ever had

    I've used many many cell phones and have always had flagship models like the note series from Samsung. The Galaxy Z fold to is absolutely amazing. It's a completely different experience than anything I've ever had before. I bought this phone thinking I would just try it out and then switch back to my note 20 ultra. But I sold my note 20 ultra and can't imagine using a different phone than the Galaxy Z fold

    good design but bad screen cover which come with .

    Nice finish & smaller lighter than my Ultra 20 . pro . good front & back screen bright & clear , form factor ,very good speaker , Con . difficult get cases (I use a leather cases for complete protection ) original screen cover pick up oil & print ,bad . have to put another screen protector over it . but still have bubble because the back screen fold & move all the time .

    Really good phone. Not sure if its the future, but...

    Great phone. Wrong questions. 1. Price is very high as is with all new and improved technology. 2. The form factor keeps the phone a bit heavy even when folded; so small but heavy. 3. When unfolded, the phone is magnificent. 4. Response to touch and actions is effortless and extremely responsive. Definite Samsung quality. 5. Suggest using an earpiece if you are not accustomed to one.
