Bought as a parts donor
I needed a screen for my careless child's cell phone screen replacement. This was a simple repair. Since this phone was the same color as my kids phone I just used the half of the phone I needed. This phone slides open side to side at the center making disassembly and replacement of the screen a modular affair. I did not have to disassemble the whole thing down to just the screen as the half of the phone that holds the screen was easily separated unplugged detached and reassembled to the original phone "guts" in the reverse order. easy easy. (or easier than other broken phone items I have done in the past I should say.)

great older model
Love this model because the battery lasts so long. Model can get pics but not video. Arrived in great condition. Very minor wear and tear as expected; all keys, lights and sound work great; screen wasn't scratched which was nice for a used phone.

Great value for the money
I always did like this style of phone, but they don't make them anymore. It was in very good condition and the battery life is still very good. Glad I found it on E-Bay

More than one major drawback
We picked this phone after having partnered with with the Samsung enV3, which while similar, is in our opinion, far superior. If you need a qwerty keyboard, shop elsewhere. The keyboard on the Intensity II is anything but "natural" when compared to other celly keyboards. It's clumsy, and difficult to message quickly. Perhaps the greatest hassle of this phone is the odd keyboard lockout system. Press the center button, then another button to the right, then back to the center button. If you're a quick study, maybe you'll catch on. But for us normal mortals, by the time you've fumbled through the unlock procedure, that important phone call awarding you $10,000 has already gone kaput! Or on the other hand, when the Mogul hordes are galloping down the block toward you, it's a sure-bet that you'll never have time to dial up for reinforcements. All in all, we've had this phone for a month and are ready to hurl it into the nearest concrete block wall. Not one of Samsung's best efforts.

Works
Keyboard and all other features work great, but I bought this phone used and the call quality is really bad. I have owned the 2nd iteration of this product as well and they are good phones.
