• Bust: The bust measurement should be taken under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest. The tape should be pulled snug against you here but not so tight that it pinches.

• Sleeve length: This measurement is taken by placing the end of the tape at the center of the base of your neck where the collar of a shirt would sit. Measure from there to the shoulder down to the elbow and ending at the wrist. Make sure to keep the tape on the outermost part of your arm and shoulder so that you know the sleeves will be long enough.
