        • The vehicle was manufactured outside of North America
        • The vehicle wasn't intended for street-legal use
      • Airbags and their parts or accessories may only be sold under the following conditions:
        • Must include the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the donor vehicle
        • Must be used airbags that have never been deployed
        • Must be shipped in accordance with applicable regulations using hazmat shipping and a carrier other than Canada Post
        • Must include the following statement in listing descriptions: "I certify this airbag is not subject to recall and will be shipped in accordance with hazmat shipping requirements"
        • Must not be part of an equipment recall

Activity on eBay is required to follow this policy, the eBay User Agreement and all applicable laws, as well as respect the rights of third parties. If it doesn’t, eBay may take action consistent with applicable laws and the eBay User Agreement, and may even be legally required to do so. Such actions may include, as an example only: Removing the listing or other content, issuing a warning, restricting activity or account suspension.

Why does eBay have this policy?

This policy helps our buyers and sellers follow government regulations concerning the sale of vehicles and vehicle parts and accessories.
