I'm on the fence between neutral & negative. Bought leather seat bottom and it arrived defective (split seam). Returned for exchange, seller did not ship replacement until the original was received (even though their label was used and tracking showed enroute). When replacement was finally sent it was not expedited & took a long time to be received. Not real happy with the transaction and probably would not do business with them again.
