This seller art_asc365 is very bad They do not answer any conversation They delivered a damaged item and once it was returned they refunded me $1190 instead of $2066 I am still waiting for an explanation and no one is responding I am even very disappointed how eBay staff handled the situation

For machines with high value, we need to check and sign for delivery. The buyer has signed for it. He did not want it himself, did not want to return it himself, and wanted to use our labal to return the machine. We inform the buyer that transportation costs are to be deducted. The returned machine was in worse condition than the picture provided by the buyer and had missing parts. Rogue buyers also leave malicious reviews to mislead others.

    Works great!

    All and all for the price it’s a great machine. It took 1/2 an hour to set up and start working. The mirrors were perfectly aligned. I did have to adjust the bed, but from something traveling as far as it did that’s to be expected. The software is terrible. Don’t try to use it. Buy Lightburn and be happy. I love this machine. It paid for itself in a week. I am keeping it and buying the same brand but with a bigger bed. All and all great value for the money.
