    smudges the least of all

    It's hard to find an eyeliner that's just right-- not too light, but that doesn't smudge and get all over your lower lids. This is the best one I have found, and the price is right. Don't pay for a more expensive liner because this is the one you will be happiest with. I use pewter, or onyx if I want a darker look

    Not a Navy Blue

    I have this eyeliner in other colors and it is so easy to use. I wanted a navy blue. My complaint is that the color on the "Sapphire" is not navy, it is more of a dark teal. I am still happy with it, it is just not the exact color I was hoping for.

    Exactly What I Was Looking For!
