Description, shipping cost, and time were all great. The battery looks new and works like a charm, so far. I've only had this battery (as of writing this review) for a few weeks. I used it to replace a used battery in my Steelseries Arctis 7 (2019).I will update this review if anything negative surfaces that is not a result of my own actions. I do not have photos of the battery upon receipt as I immediately put it into the headset, but the photo provided on the product is accurate.

I want to revise my negative feedback regarding my purchase. I looked into reasons why my package was not delivered on time as promised. It was not the fault of zeng who did everything possible following protocol regarding shipping procedures. It was all because of the various shipping company/companies that held up my package and not informing me on a timely manner as to why the delays were taking place! zeng did his VERY BEST making sure that my package will be delivered.
