After ordering ~$1,250 worth of underlayment from GTD on a Saturday, I realized on Monday morning that I had ordered the wrong material. The folks at GTD were WONDERFUL! Even though my order was already packed, labeled, and on a pallet to ship, they stopped the shipment and refunded the purchase within minutes of my phone call. Someone even had to run out to the warehouse and talk with the Shipping Manager to make it happen. Super people and company. Will order again! So sorry, and THANK YOU!!
