Chain was new and exactly as ordered. Receipt is poor bc it is a generic receipt - does not list actual length, width and weight of the chain you ordered. I had to go online to retrieve all the info to check that I had actually received what I ordered. It was correct. The chain cost approx $200 yet I didn’t have to sign for it, nor was it sent USPS Priority. It was received safely. I would recommend this chain for a child or teenager. That was my reason for purchase. Very satisfied
