I was taking youngevity minerals and then I tried jefferson mineral and I got lots of energy that you can feel. good for your overall health. the older you get the more your body need mineral that are readily absorbable by the body.

Awesome Product
Love it. I mix it with some cranberry juice to help hide the flavor, but it is amazing. It makes my body feel great and I plan on using it for the rest of my life!! Would recommend anyone trying it.
