I had to purchase my floor mats twice and the quality is under par! This company tried to play me and they told me to take up the delayed missing package with eBay! After I communicated that the problem was never resolved they told me “oh eBay will refund you” which never happened! How does one afford to buy a $200k car cash but need make up lies for floor mats? Poor customer service is unacceptable at all times… These folks didn’t even try to fix it so spend with this seller at your own risk!

This user's ONLY order was placed on Sunday, April 7th, shipped via FedEx on April 11th, and delivered and signed for at the address provided in their order (at a United States Post Office) on April, 12th. 5 DAYS!!
