It is the third time that i never got the items purchased and twice before never got a refund either. Looks like Ebay is in swindling business.The process to communicate back or complain has deliberately made difficult to resolve the shipment problems. Even in this case the HDMi splitter was shipped to my address without suite # and instead of resending i am being directed to mislead by item having been delivered and gotten a signature of the recipient.
