Bryant Hospital Grade Connector 5-20
These connectors are a good choice if you need to replace an extension cord end or are making a cord from new wire. If your device requires 20 amps of current you must terminate the plug end with the same capacity 5-20p plug. The connector end is configured to accept either a 20amp or 15amp configured plug. Configurations of theses connector types are listed by "NEMA" numbers and can be seen with a quick google search. The "Hospital Grade" designation is required when these devices are used in health care facilities, and they must pass certain tests for plug retention and grip strength under various loads.
