Because box design had no added packing inside to protect during transit the box was damaged in a few places.The bag, delivery note and slippers smelled very musty and couldn't be a gift. Told seller, asked for refund including cost return postage as the slippers weren't of gift quality.Seller said return for refund or exchange.Chose refund,only got 12.98 and not 16.47. Not recommended.
