shielding is 100% it's very fine wire and is copper carrier wire is multi braid and copper as well. Well made,ends were soldered on well and yes I did cut the cable to what I wanted made some jumpers etc ran 100 watts pep and watched swr 2-3 min transmitt did fine removed amp did not buy this cable for this but was curious .I'm a lmr 400 guy but times move on and not running any more than 10-12 watt pep so I feel it will be fine ! not double shielded

Got the Wilson 5000 today. Fast shipping! Scotch tape was on the box, & original seal was cut. So someone got in the box & removed the PDL2 connector off the coax.
