    Wir haben den Kunden gebeten gemäß Angebotstext die 3 Jahres Vor Ort Garantie des Herstellers für einen Austausch in Anspruch zu nehmen. Wir haben den Artikel aus Kulanz zurückgenommen. Es stellte sich heraus das der Mangel nicht existierte. Das Gerät ist 59db laut und das sei der Mangel. 60db standen im Text. Der Luftentfeuchter weist erhebliche Gebrauchsspuren und verdreckte Filter auf. Offenbar hat der Käufer den Artikel erfolgreich für eine Trocknung eingesetzt und den Mangel fingiert!
