Excellent service. I wanted to return these because they were soiled and the seller may not have noticed. They replied immediately and told me they gave me a refund. Since they are clearly supporting a non-profit, I did not want to take money out of their pocket, so I made a donation on the website rehomingproject.org to support finding homes for older pets. Sadly, the item I purchased requires an app to function. Due to inability to upgrade the app and components of the item, the company stopped support and removed the app in May 2023. It appeared to be in good condition, was nicely packaged and arrived promptly, but since I could not use it, Consignment for a Cause refunded my money and I do not need to return the item. I'm sad that this happened, but the seller is great to work with.
