Ebay asked me to talk to the seller which I did (10 emails) for the money for the shippinglabel, and then ebay asked me to return the item on my funds to be able to receive a refund and I am protected under Money guaranted for the price of the item and the amount of the return shipping. EBAY DOESN'T WANT

In this case i can do no such thing. The fact that seller took my funds, packaged and shipped the item knowing full well it looks nothing like the item in the photo leaves me with no sympathy for the seller. I own the original shoe and simply wanted another pair and the fact that it is so Obviously not the boot I have or the one in the photo is absolutely unacceptable.
