It has arrived today. It comes with a tool to adjust the size. You was able to cut off the excess silicon as there are enough holes to move the link to make the wrist smaller. My wrist is small so I have used the smallest setting and it is the perfect fit. Not tight and with enough space left. Will see how it wears and if the writing stays but it looks nice and I would be tempted to buy a few more. You can fit more writing on them three lines unlike most the other medical bracelets which is 2.

Arrived a couple days early, good quality stainless steel, although not as long as it was portrayed, only 18" long, so its good that I can repair it to be the length needed. Can't complain for the price, but the seller did exactly what they said they'd do and I'm happy.
