The nature of the item defines it as something you want no less than to be new and in the manufacturer's packaging. I contacted the seller stating as much and requested a return. Seller never responded at all. Zero communication. I feel very much like they knew what they did and did not care. I feel very ripped off. These are the kind af sellers that make the platform sketchy. Buyer beware! Find another seller!

    Simply the best massager I have ever owned.

    The Hitachi magic wand is the best massager I have ever owned because of its ingenious design; it is light weight, it can reach all the way behind your back, and has a gentle and flexible round massage ball at the tip that doesn't irritate your skin. In addition, the Hitachi Magic Wand has deep penetrating massaging vibrations like no other massager I have found. The deep vibrations really loosen up tight and sore muscles and stimulates blood flow through out the body. Highly recommended! A+! 5 Stars!

    Doesn't have the power

    It doesn't have the power the older Magic Wands had and the head is on a very flexible neck, which I don't like at all. You can't get the pressure with the head so loose. I bought this to replace my old one that has a couple thin spots on the head covering. But now I'm hoping my old one lasts a lot longer.

    My wife loves it!!!

    Magic Wand

    This is a replacement for the original, although lighter and quieter she says it is as good as the original. After 15 years of use the original still works but is a bit off. Don't hesitate ladies and gents this still brings tears to her eyes for multiple O's.
