There was an issue with scanner,there was no car listed for some reason,they did respond and wanted to fix the issue,after I figured out the tech was in china and the difference in time zones and the hours for their work day,we worked out a time to be on line to allow the tech to repair or install the missing programs.but now it seems to work fine,yes I would buy something else from them in the future.

Good all around for value
It's worth the price for its abilities and features. It is easy enough to use. The user interface is fairly straightforward. The cable it comes with thankfully is not proprietary. This product comes with a Mini B type USB connector used in commonly digital cameras. The update process is easy enough and the software was easy to install.

good item for european and asian cars
It's mainly for european, asian cars,,most of the functions are not supported with american cars and i can't find upgrade on site,,it is like an ordinary obd2 scanner for most of it's apps,,,i can't use the main features like tpms, sas and some others to have them ''relearned '' and use the full potential of this tool.

Great product!!!
I bought this for my 2006 750i BMW. My transmission was stuck in limp mode after I made the necessary repairs. I tried unhooking the battery for a day to see if it would help with no success. I bought the tool and went into the transmission codes and cleared them. Once cleared my transmission works like a new one. I would highly recommend this tool for the DIYer. Fantastic tool for the price!!!

Sweet Nothings - no airbag light
This scanner paid for itself the first time I hooked it up, turning off the airbag light that was activated by an upholstery shop when they unplugged seat connections without disconnecting the battery. I was also able to clear several other codes in the system for issues that had beeb corrected. It cost my friend $160 to have his airbag light cleared at a local shop recently (a connector was unplugged, cleaned, and reconnected to correct the problem.) I had to read through the procedures in the manual a couple of times, but was patient and careful and very happy with the result. Not for the back yard older guy
This is for someone who is used to or is very smart with electronics . I cant use it . I wasted my money on it . I should of bought something else that is for someone older that explains things . I had a cheap autel that worked fine for years but the screen went bad in our severe winters . The product is made well , they have a very good update system in place . Its just not for me or anyone I know . My mechanic cant hep me with it either . I dont even know if I can resell it being its electronic . Again , its a well made item , I just cant use it and I really need one .This is for someone who is used to or is very smart with electronics . I cant use it . I wasted my money on it .
