    there design where it plugs in...is a little different that the input of my direct tv input...my direct tv receiver has a little half cut off at the top and this their product has a little V to it...it does work and work well but you really have to press it in there..maybe that the design for...the V configuration is suppose to be pushed hard in there..not sure..but it does work...
