Yes, there are 12 spaces worth of holes, but half of the top space and half of the bottom space are blocked by the bracket. THIS IS ONLY A 10U RACK. If they were smart they could have placed the holes so you could use 11U, but they didn't. Also one of the side brackets was bent wrong so the frame pin couldn't get to the hole. Had to hammer that out to be able to use it at all.
