Works well on Les Pauls
I've installed and removed several of these now on Gibson Les Paul's with a Bigsby B7. They really do not damage the guitar in any way. Using common sense while installing, you will have no problems. In my opinion, you will need a new longer modified strap screw, which is not provided. I never thought the screw they provide has the same threads as the one's I've removed from the guitar. By modified, I mean get a long screw with the same threads as the original, and belt sand or file the head so it will seat into the strap button just like the original screw. You don't have to tighten the stud screws overly tight, work it all in easy and you'll see. Also, go easy when screwing the smaller screws to the Vibramate. They don't line up perfect or seat perfect, but they do line up, thread ok, ... I've installed and removed several of these now on Gibson Les Paul's with a Bigsby B7.
