    Excellent product

    I heard about the health benefits and taste from this stuff. It took a little trial and error but I found the best way to do it is use a coffee grinder to grind two scoops of the cacao and then after grinding it mix with four scoops of coffee. Use a standard coffee maker but you'll have to buy one of those screen reusable filters. Something about the natural oils make it not flow properly through a disposable paper filter. The morning drinks are delicious and has an added boost.

    Good Nibs

    Have tried a number of different nibs from different companies. These just taste better; plus, they are not so hard that you feel like eating them (even in something softening like yogurt or ice cream) might break a took. Some companies just seem to over roast them.
