With that said I reached out to the seller and they promptly refunded me for the defective units. The wifi adapters arrived on time and were packaged well, so in spite of the bad luck, I would definitely purchase from this seller again, they had no problem standing by their product, and I’m sure my case wasn’t the norm. A good product can make a good experience but a good seller ensures one regardless!

What I didn't like is that the seller provided a fake tracking number, and when I told him the tracking number wasn't working, he said "USPS FCM letter mail (letter tracking number is not traceable)." I told him that it it would be better not to provide a tracking number at all since it doesn't work anyway.

The seller was cooperative, responsive, and did their best to assist with tracking and resolution. While I can’t comment on the product’s quality or performance since it wasn’t delivered, the seller’s customer service was commendable. The situation was frustrating, but no fault lies with the seller. Marking positive due to the sellers helpful attitude.
