Well that is plain and simply not truth. The board worked solid for 2 hours playing signal through one of the HDMI inputs. We then contacted the customer and told them just that - ether the board has an intermittent problem or - more likely - there is a different issue with the TV, more specifically with the YSUS board, which is known to fail as well. Customer said to return back the working board and we did.So on what grounds comes the statement that we could not fix it?! No fix was needed.

Communication could be better and less demeaning. All the responses were automated and when I asked a couple questions, I received snarky responses… uncalled for in my opinion. But at the end of the day, price was fair, they fixed my board and my TV works again! Shipping was timely. Would use again. If you’re on the fence, they are legit. All 5 stars but communication.

received parts quick, after looking at parts I decided was more than I could do. The seller repairs some electronic parts. I filled out a form sent board and parts . was advised board was fine no problems found. seller was very honest did not try to sell service not needed. and also gave some credit for parts I purchased from them earlier.
