Seller made excuses & blamed the carrier when in fact they made the mistake of sending Fed Ex to a PO box address. This could have been easily fixed by sending USPS or requiring a physical address but they obviously don't have their business figured out. Customer service terrible!

If I was a kind of person that left negative feedback I would have but I just can't leave negatives.
