The local hearing aid center was no help with the $1500 pair they sold me. I put high powered receivers (speakers) from ebay into a high-end I also got on ebay, $300 total. I learned that the standard program is wimpy because some people don't understand that things will be louder with hearing aide. So they go back for adjustments which is pain for the store. I understand a custom program will help me hear better.

I had no way of knowing what to buy to fix, no one including the aide Co would help. I messaged seller about my issue,and by sending a picture, they new right away what I needed!Part was packaged excellently shipped right away and I received it in just 3days, works exactly as it was described, less expensive than a new hearing aid! This seller wiil be my first call if problems occur again.

Now the only question that remains is, did I buy the right tool, and does it work. i don't know the answers to those questions yet. But, seems to have been a positive experience.

They will treat you better than your local miracle ear location pricing was great quality of service was great communicating with the seller was easy and pleasant.
