    AWESOME

    I LOVE this video!!!! I am an avid "at-home-gymer" and am always looking for something challenging and new. This video is TOUGH but great. I like to push myself and Amy Bento does a good job of pushing me to my limits. What I really love about this video is that it has the "base" workout (about an hour) that is all cardio. The moves are challenging--takes a bit to get them down, but once you do you sweat like crazy. But the best part is that there is also a menu with 9 other mixes. You can totally change up the workout using the same moves but in different orders and different lengths (up to 2 hours!). There are even a bunch of her weight training sections in these 9 extra mixes. Totally love it, would recommend it to the intermediate/advanced person wanting a challenge!

    Extreme workout by Amy Bento

    I really like Amy's kickboxing workout so thought I'd give this one a try. It is a great workout but I found it hard to follow her. She doesn't give you time to figure out the next moves coming up but just rushes in to them. If you do want a High energy workout this is the one to get though especially if you want to sweat and burn off those calories.
