The return is allowed only if the Glasses are: Not damaged or deformed, complete in all their parts, including any labels (which must not be removed or damaged), complete with any accessories and / or spare parts included in the packaging. The refund will be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods, exclusively after checking the suitability of the returned goods and via PayPal. Non-compliant goods, damaged, tampered with, without labels, accessories and / or spare parts, will be returned to the sender cash on delivery for the amount of shipping costs and no refund will be issued. If not withdrawn it will go to waste.

It is not possible to return Glasses that have been 'Customized', as personalization necessarily requires the removal of the labels.
