This Tool is very cheap. Threads stripped out on the first pin removal, I use the big end to drive out the pin and it stripped out the threads now it's non operational. Too cheap of construction.

This customer keeps breaking these spool pin removers tools like they were toothpicks. This is actually the second one he breaks the same day it is delivered. There's something serious wrong with this picture and absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the product itself.

Wrong item sent twice. Seller tried to make it right, but chose to ship replacement items/returns in 1st class envelopes, which likely led to loss of the items as the envelopes passed through USPS sorting machines. Now my 2nd replacement, & the returns, are lost in the mail, my reel is in pieces & wasn't ready for the start of the season, & I am out the money & time wasted. Seller's communication was poor. I had to regularly reach out about updates and issues. Seller rarely initiated contact.
