The item is as described, however the packaging was less protective than it should have been. The back of the pin had pushed through the envelope and had made a dime sized hole. I expected this to arrive much more quickly being sent domestically, but it took two weeks and arrived after Xmas. I received no communication from the seller and no tracking number provided.

This was mailed immediately after the purchase. Mail is much slower around Christmas. Everyone knows and understands that. I always reinforce where the lugs are. If it pushed through, it’s not the norm. There was no need for any communication. However, this buyer should have contacted me with any concerns. So, no communication on their side, either. You paid $3 for letter mail shipping. Why would you expect a tracking number???????? You’re now blocked.
