Items were well packed, and arrived earlier than originally stated. I tried one of the two power supplies immediately, and it worked! A+ for all that. Shipping was expensive and slow, but I wasn't in a rush and I'm probably too accustomed to Amazon Prime to have any real appreciation for what shipping something actually costs in the real world.     Have not been able to get it to work yet

    We have not been able to get it to tune to the needed channel. The level meter says the input level is -35 dB, The receiver it is to replace has +70 dB level. We need to study the manual more to see if we can figure it out but it is fairly complex. .
