Wir haben dem Kunden angeboten eine Ersatzlieferung oder Erstattung., er schrieb nur das Postamt mag ihn nicht. Er hat schon bei der Bestellung geschrieben, Packung bitte mit diskreten Versand, scheint wohl eher am Postamt zu liegen, wie können den Edding Stifte aus Metall verbiegen?

Statt die größere ( wie bestellt und bezahlt) habe ich die kleinere, einstöckige Version bekommen. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir geschrieben, dass das der richtige Artikel sei ( was nicht stimmt). Außerdem wurde das Regal statt nach Hause an einen Paketshop geliefert. Begründung : " Machen wir immer so". Keinerlei Einsicht vorhanden. Nie wieder!
