      still waiting for the phone. In the description of the seller, he mentioned “Brand New, Never Been Used, Open box”. When I received the phone it was not working so I send it back and I asked for a new one. The seller refused to send a new one and sent the phone to a technicien to check it. The technicien still has it for more than 2weeks and the seller still refuses to send a new one. I do not understand why the phone is not working if I bought a “Brand New”, why means brand new for the seller??

      Didn't work for us

      One of our dogs gets very anxious in the car, constantly wanting to be on our laps, even while driving. I tried the Adaptil spray, following the directions carefully, and unfortunately, it did not work for our dog at all. I read the reviews and most of them appeared to be positive so I was very hopeful it would help, but he was exactly like he always is. Crying, and pacing around in the back. I am going to try it again, but I don't hold much hope that it will be helpful. I'm sure it works for some, maybe most, dogs, but it didn't help mine. Oh well, live and learn.
